- Is this mapping software available to buy for corporate use?
- Yes we have fully customisable corporate software and applications. Please contact us for more information
- Is this mapping software available to buy for personal use?
- At the present time the software is not available to download – it is only available here.
- How long is the free period?
- The free period is 30 days. This should give you long enough to evaluate the software and see just how useful it is
- Do I have to provide payment details up front?
- No. You are not required to enter credit card details or make any commitment up front. We want you to sign up only when you are sure that lifemapping will work for you.
- How does lifemapping work?
- By enabling you to see the whole of your life and your aspirations in one single view you are able to ensure that your life is in balance and that you can live a happy and successful life. For more information visit the Lifemapping page
- How can I cancel my lifemapping trial?
- In order to cancel your trial you need to nothing. Your login will simply cease to work and as you have not provided credit card details there is nothing for you to do.
- How do I cancel membership?
- We're sure you won't want to cancel your membership once you've discovered the tremendous power that exists in visualising your goals, but in the unlikely event you do wish to cancel, please send us a message through the contact us page
- Will you share my personal details?
- Why do you use worldpay?
- We use worldpay as it provides you with a level of payment protection provided by the world’s largest organisations and the widest range of payment options possible.
- How many maps can I have?
- At the current time there is no limit to how many maps you can build.
- What do I actually pay for?
- You actually pay for the use of the lifemapping application. Everything else on the site; the goal board, the life visuals and the downloadable information that we provide are all free to you as a user.
- Why do I have to pay anything?
- We need to charge a subscription so that we can continue to develop the application and the site
- How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter or service updates?
- Just untick the relevant box on the update profile page
