The Visual Perspective Ltd (company registration number 06746265) trading as LifespaceWorkstlye ("we/“us/our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our approach to your personal data and how we will treat it.

Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act is Richard Hanrahan, Director, The Visual Perspective Ltd.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.1.1 information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.lifespaceworkstyle.com  (“our site”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site;

1.1.2 if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

1.1.3 we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;

1.1.4 details of transactions you carry out through our site and the fulfilment of your orders; and

1.1.5 details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise, and the resources that you access.

2 IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

2.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

2.2 For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personal service. They enable us:

2.2.1 to estimate our audience size and usage pattern;

2.2.2 to store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests;

2.2.3 to speed up your searches; and

2.2.4 to recognise you when you return to our site.

2.3 You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. 3 WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

4.6 We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 1000 women aged over 25 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, men in London). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

5 DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

5.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985.

5.2 We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

5.2.1 in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

5.2.2 if The Visual Perspective Ltd or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; or

5.2.3 if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Visual Perspective Ltd, our customers, or others. 9.2 You accept that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specification necessary to use our site and that your computer system is compatible with our site.

9.3 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of 9.1 above.

10 VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

10.1 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

10.2 By breaching this provision, you commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

10.3 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

1 ACCEPTANCE OF THE VISUAL PERSPECTIVE LTD. ON-LINE FORUM RULES

1.1 These rules (“Rules”) set out the terms for use of the The Visual Perspective Ltd On-Line Forum (the “Forum”), which apply to all users. Any submission of material by you to the Forum means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the terms and conditions of these Rules.

1.2 The Rules supplement our terms of use and our privacy policy.

2 MODERATION

2.1 The Forum is not moderated. We will not be responsible as author, editor or publisher of any contribution submitted to the Forum (“Contribution”) and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Forum by any person in contravention of these Rules. We reserve the right to promptly remove, or to disable access to, any Contribution which we deem to be potentially defamatory of any person, unlawful or in violation of any third party rights.

3 USE OF THE BOARD BY MINORS

3.1 The use of the Forum by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. 4.2 A Contribution must:

4.2.2 be genuinely held (where it states opinions);

4.2.3 comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted; and

4.2.4 be relevant.

4.3 A Contribution must not:

4.3.1 be defamatory of any person;

4.3.2 be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

4.3.3 promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

4.3.4 disclose the name, address, telephone, mobile or fax number, e-mail address or any other personal data in respect of any individual;

4.3.5 infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;

4.3.6 breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

4.3.7 be in contempt of court;

4.3.8 be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

4.3.9 impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;

4.3.10 give the impression that the Contribution emanates from The Visual Perspective Ltd;

4.3.11 advocate, promote, incite any third party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act;

4.3.12 contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism;

4.3.13 contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites;

5 COPYRIGHT

5.1 By submitting a Contribution to the Forum, you agree to grant The Visual Perspective Ltd a non-exclusive licence to use that Contribution. Although you will still own the copyright in your Contribution, The Visual Perspective Ltd will have the right to freely use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material contained in your Contribution. This licence will be free of charge, perpetual and capable of sub-licence. The Visual Perspective Ltd may exercise all copyright and publicity rights in the material contained in your Contribution in all jurisdictions, to their full extent and for the full period for which any such rights exist in that material.

5.2 Please also note that, in accordance with the Content Standards, you must ensure that your Contribution does not infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person. By submitting your Contribution to the Forum, you are warranting that you have the right to grant The Visual Perspective Ltd the non-exclusive copyright licence described above.

5.3 If you are not in a position to grant such a licence to The Visual Perspective Ltd, please do not submit the Contribution to the Forum.

6 BREACH OF THESE RULES

6.1 When we consider that a breach of the Content Standards has occurred, we may at our discretion take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with these Rules constitutes a material breach of the terms of use on which you are permitted to use the Forum, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

6.1.1 immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Forum;

6.1.2 immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution already posted on the Forum;

6.1.3 issue of a warning to you;

6.1.4 legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;

6.1.5 further legal action against you; and/or

6.1.6 disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

6.2 We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these Rules. The actions described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

7 COMPLAINTS

7.1 If you wish to complain about any Contribution posted to the Forum, please contact us. We will then review the Contribution and decide whether it complies with the Content Standards. We will deal with any Contribution which, in our opinion, violates our Content Standards as described above (see section "Breach of these Rules"). We will inform you of the outcome of our review within a reasonable time of receiving your complaint.

8.1 We may revise these Rules at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
