Once you have completed your free trial and have provided us with your card details for payment of your Life Map subscription, your card will be debited on a monthly basis. Should you wish to cancel your Life Map subscription, simply send us an email through the contact us page of our website and we’ll stop any further payment being taken.
In the unlikely event that a further payment is taken after you’ve informed us of your wish to cancel, please contact us immediately through the contact us page of our website. We shall then make all necessary arrangements to refund your payment within 7 days. Refunds will be made to the card originally billed.
